UK orders of £49 or more ship free with Royal Mail Tracked 48. The next day service stays paid because couriers do not do favours.
Sperrgut, priced honestly
Big sacks, beds and cat caves cost more to shift, so each bulky item adds £6.95. Free delivery never swallows it, and we would rather tell you here than surprise you at checkout.
Isle of Wight
PO30 to PO41 postcodes ride a ferry, and the ferry charges us. £12 on top, exactly what it costs. Chichester and the rest of PO mainland pay nothing extra.
Or collect for free
Order online and pick it up at the shop in Chiswick the same day, bulky or not, no charges at all. Bring the dog.

Returns
If something arrives less than perfect, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, no drama. Opened food is fine to return too, dogs are allowed opinions.
